Regret:

Regret was a thoroughbred racehorse that won the 1915 Kentucky Derby, making her the first filly to win the race. She was sired by Broomstick and was owned by Harry Payne Whitney. Regret was trained by James G. Rowe Sr., who had also trained her sire. Regret was a small filly, standing at only 15 hands tall, but she had a fierce determination that made her a champion on the track.

 

Genuine Risk:

Genuine Risk was a chestnut filly that won the 1980 Kentucky Derby. She was only the second filly to win the race and the first in 65 years. She was sired by Exclusive Native and was owned by Diana Firestone. Genuine Risk was trained by LeRoy Jolley, who had also trained the 1975 Kentucky Derby winner, Foolish Pleasure. Genuine Risk was a fast and powerful filly who captured the hearts of racing fans with her impressive performances.

 

Winning Colors:

Winning Colors was a dark bay filly that won the 1988 Kentucky Derby. She was only the third filly to win the race and the first in 65 years. She was sired by Caro and was owned by Eugene V. Klein. Winning Colors was trained by D. Wayne Lukas, who had also trained the 1985 Kentucky Derby winner, Spend a Buck. Winning Colors was a big, strong filly who was known for her speed and toughness on the track.
